ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2017 in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.262 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have given single Lathi blow, but now the matter has been compromised between the parties, which is Annexure 3.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
