JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an altercation took place for payment of dues amount of cable operator. The informant who is the cable operator has alleged that the petitioner did not make payment of monthly rent and when he demanded, he gave threat to the informant of his life and also to not allow him to run the cable. In this manner, there is only general allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named in the event of surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1511 of 2017 (3) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 470 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shema Eram, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
