It has been brought to the notice of the Court that though the judgment of the case was passed on 22.5.2015, but due to secretarial inadvertence on page -1 the date has been typed as 21.5.2015. It has also been pointed out that on the header of each of the pages of the judgment i.e., page nos.2 to 4 the computer generated number and date are wrongly reflected as Cr. Misc. No.50450 of 2012 dated 21.5.2015 in place of Cr. Misc. No.50454 of 2012 dated 22.5.2015.

Learned counsel for the State concedes that there are typographical errors in respect of date of the order on page 1 and date and number on the header of each of the pages from page

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, the date of the judgment typed on page no.1 be read as 22.5.2015 in place of 21.5.2015. Similarly, on the header of each of the pages from page nos.2 to 4 the case number and the date be corrected as Cr. Misc. No.50454 of 2012 dated 22.5.2015 in place of Cr. Misc.
