Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
During the course of occurrence of assault, allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with iron rod causing injury to the wife of the informant. There is no mention as to which part of the body was hit. Other allegations are against other named accused persons.
Submission is that there is case and counter case and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52700 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur/Successor Court in connection with Singhiya P.S.
