====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4.

13-01-2017 Heard Sri Shriprakash Srivastava, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Dharmesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to direct the respondents to regularize his service on the plea that petitioner was engaged as daily-wager in the year 1986 and he continued up-to 31-07-1993.

It has been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after 31-07-1993, no work has been taken from the petitioner. Meaning thereby that petitioner is presently not at all functioning.

In view of fact that petitioner is not functioning, even as daily-wager, there is no question for making prayer for regularization.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15846 of 2007 (4) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 I do not find any ground to pass any favourable order. The writ petition stands dismissed.
