2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of complainant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that charge has been framed and thereafter altogether four witnesses have been examined and there is vital contradiction in the statement of the witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55043 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is named in the FIR and there is specific allegation against him of kidnapping the daughter of complainant who is still traceless.

6. Having considered the accusation and the fact that daughter of the complainant is still traceless, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
