The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2017 in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has surfaced in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by a coaccused, which has no evidentiary value. The petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
