Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.Case No.22 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Bhaisur and Dewar of the deceased. As per the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner and the other accused persons have killed the deceased and disposed of the dead-body.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are living separately from the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41880 of 2019(4) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case, having no specific allegation against them and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM cum Sub Judge 9th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.Case NO.22 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
