The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Amahara) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 dated 23.02.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
So far as the accusation of assault is concerned, it is limited to one Ajay Yadav and his two brothers-in-law. The petitioner though is named in the FIR but is not attributed with any specific overt act. Similarly situated persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering this aspect of the matter and taking into account that the petitioner does not have any criminal
