2. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in which the petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.09.2023, passed by respondent No. 5 whereby the petitioner has been debarred from participating in any future tender.

3. When the matter is called out, learned advocate appearing for the contesting respondent has referred the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 7 and thereafter referred the order dated 08.04.2025, passed by the respondent authority, copy of which is placed at page No. 259 of the compilation, wherein it has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.10160 of 2024(19) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 specifically stated that the order of debarment passed against the petitioner has been revoked. Learned counsel has also referred the order dated 06.05.2025, passed by this Court wherein also there is a reference with regard to withdrawal of the debarment order.

4. In view of the aforesaid development which has taken place after filing of the present petition, we are of the view that the present petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
