Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 4.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33179 of 2017, with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or after completion of six months period in custody.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he has remained in custody for more than six months, injuries are simple in nature and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55696 of 2017 (3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S.Case No.517 of 2016 dated 9.9.2016, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
