The petitioner was granted the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. and now he has approached this Court for being

Patna High Court CWJC No.14157 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/3 paid the revised 1st and 2nd A.C.P. The details of such payment which is due to him has been set out in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after his retirement, he has been running from one authority to other for the redressal of his grievance, but to no avail.

The petitioner has filed several representations before the authorities including the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur as well as the Block Development Officer, Bihpur in the district of Bhagalpur but no action has been taken and the petitioner has not even been informed about any decision in that regard.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a detailed representation before the Block Development Officer, Bihpur, in the district of Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 8) within a period of four weeks, who, on verification of facts, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be
