2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 and the State.
3. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 379/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he had given a farsa blow on the head of son of the informant.
5. It is submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against the petitioner. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let petitioner no.1, Vinda Ram, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
