The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2012 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that she forged signature of one Sudha Kumari and withdrew Rs. 54,000/- from the bank, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56995 of 2015 (3) dt.25-01-2016 2 / 2 same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
