JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 By filing the present modification application, learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that in the main petition, inadvertently in the address portion of the petitioners, the District has been mentioned as Ranchi (Jharkhand). Learned counsel submits that because of the said mistake, in the order dated 09.09.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18780 of 2020, the District has been typed as Ranchi (Jharkhand). In fact the correct place is District - Aurangabad (Bihar). A correction has been sought for. Learned counsel further submits that because of the said mistake the bail bonds could not be furnished on behalf of the petitioners and during the period petitioner no. 1 has already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8034 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 been arrested.

In the nature of the submissions made before this Court, Mr. Shakir Ahmed, learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection in carrying out the correction.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the main petition in course of the day. Accordingly the order dated 09.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18780 of 2020 be taken to have been corrected and in place of District - Ranchi (Jharkhand) it should be read as District - Aurangabad (Bihar). If the petitioner no. 2 furnishes the bail bond in terms of the said order within a period of four weeks from today the same shall be accepted.

This application stands disposed of.
