The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent no-03. The Circle Officer, Kochas, District- Rohtas i. To act upon the Representation dated - 01.09.2020 (Annx-4, Pg -21) of the present writ application.

ii. And further for a direction to the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.9918 of 2023(2) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 authorities to remove the encroachment made upon the public land, as described in Para-3 of the writ application,"

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kochas, District- Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Kochas, District- Rohtas by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
