JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2021 Heard Mr. Bijay Bhushan Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Vaishnawi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. The State is represented by Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned APP. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 148 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 34, 341, 385, 387, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable them to surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40172 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 and seek bail.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as asked.
