JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondents to take re-measurement of height of the petitioner.

The present case arises out of an advertisement of the year 2009 and much water has flown during the interregnum period. Nonetheless, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit stating that the height of the petitioner was found to be 164.5 c.m. during the course of Physical Evaluation Test and he has not even filed any appeal against the said decision, hence the present writ petition is devoid of any merit.
