Mr. Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 35434 of 2020 to the extent that in the cause title, the name of the district be read as 'West Champaran' in place of East Champaran. Hence, this application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53172 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 petitioner, the order dated 25.03.2021 is modified to the extent that the name of the name of the district be read as 'West Champaran' in place of East Champaran. The order dated 25.03.2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

In case the petitioner has not yet surrendered, the time for his surrendering is further extended by a period of four weeks with the other conditions in the order subsisting.
