2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.04.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 having earlier been rejected bail by order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31912 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any reason to take a different view in the matter and hence the bail petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. B.T/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
