This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 423 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that the petitioner and one another person were apprehended with country made pistol and the petitioner, on seeing the police party, fled away. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was hospitalized in AIIMS, Patna, due to COVID and few days back before registration of the F.I.R. he was discharged from the AIIMS, Patna. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been caught on spot and his name has come in the F.I.R. on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, inasmuch as, he

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 423 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
