The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 155 of 2017-18 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 5 litres of illicit country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and barring one case in which he is on bail, he has a clean antecedent. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody already undergone, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the
