The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307 and 302 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case that on 02.11.2014 the informant was seeing off his sister and her luggage was being kept on motorcycle by his father and that time Pintu Yadav was coming after fetching water nearby well and as he was come near the door of his house then he begun to abuse and then this petitioner became anger and rushed to his house and returned back immediately armed with and this petitioner assaulted with sword

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57815 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 with intention to kill and mother went to rescue him was also assaulted.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. General and omnibus allegation has been made against them. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioners. The main allegation is against one Punit Yadav.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
