That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondent to consider the case of petitioner for appointment in view of the policy decision dt. 13.2.1985 and for its implementation letter dt. 15.02.1986 by which took decision that one member of the family, whose land has been acquired for the Kahalgoan Super Thermal Power Project of National Thermal Power Corporation

Patna High Court CWJC No.9852 of 2014(13) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 and further issued direction to issue an appointment letter as similarly situated other persons has been appointed as per policy and further give other legal and consequential benefits according with law."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
