The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that petitioner no.1 Naveen Sah is the own brother of the husband of the informant and petitioner no. 2 being the wife of petitioner no. 1, assaulted the informant and her husband. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56351 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
