This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No.403 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One dead-body was recovered and the F.I.R.

was registered against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2023.

During investigation, the involvement of the petitioner has come. Witnesses have said that they have seen the petitioner taking the deceased on a motorcycle and one witness has said that he has seen the petitioner coming back alone. Thereafter, the dead-body of the deceased was recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
