This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Some other co-accused were apprehended along with stolen property and they disclosed the name of this petitioner as person who was about to purchase the stolen property. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 227 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
