The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, a case under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got one case under the Arms act. Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017. However, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61424 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 94 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
