Petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.41 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380 Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 395 Indian Penal Code was also added. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. During investigation, police got information that few articles have been seized from the house of this petitioner, but those articles were never put on Test Identification Parade.

From the seizure list, it appears that some gold ornaments and mobiles were recovered from the rented house of Amrendra Kumar and other accused.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41579 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 phone and other recovered articles are of general use. Those articles were never put on TIP.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.41 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
