A report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the Court below which has been received from which it appears that police after investigation has submitted charge sheet in the case. The cognizance has also been taken against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 341,323, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC. The case is pending for commitment. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR. Petitioners are granted liberty to raise all
