2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to leave 15 feet land from the Khata No. 1079, Plot No. 3198 situated at village Ghuski Raunia for the use of village passage.

3. The petitioner has prayed for a passage of 15 feet. For the same he can move to the concerned authorities. This Court will not involve itself in such kind of prayers of the petitioner.
