2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 327, 379, 354(B), 385, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The specific allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he assaulted Brajesh with farsa on his head, but the farsa hit Brajesh's neck. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 1 had purchased the land in question from co-accused Chandrika Rai.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54664 of 2024(3) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 Admittedly, there is land dispute between them. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
