The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 40 litres of "Mahua Liquor" and 30 litres of semi dissolved mahua were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and two others. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.07.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51898 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-IVcum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
