Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.419 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners are that the petitioners committed theft of 130 kg iron grill and were transporting the same on thela and upon seeing the police personnel they tried to flee away but they were apprehended by the police personnel.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the above submissions, in the opinion of this Court a lenient approach can be taken in respect of the petitioners' prayer, let the petitioners be released on bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.419 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) sangam/- U T
