The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.15 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 376, 511 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. This is a case registered under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In this kind of cases, this Court does not grant anticipatory to the accused. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
