2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2)/3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Akbar Ansari three years ago. After marriage, the accused persons including the petitioners, continuously tortured the informant's daughter. On 19.11.2024, he was informed by Abdulla Ansari that his daughter had died due to abdominal pain, but upon reaching her matrimonial home, he found her lying dead with a black mark and scratches on her neck. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, whereas Petitioner No. 2 is the unmarried daughter of Petitioner No. 1. He has further submitted that the innocence of the petitioners is reflected from the FIR itself, as there is no allegation of demand of dowry. It has been mentioned in the FIR that there were some quarrels between the deceased and her family members over domestic issues, which clarifies that there was no demand of dowry. He has also submitted that the innocence of the petitioners is reflected from the fact that it was the father-in-law of the deceased who informed the informant regarding the death of the deceased. The husband is in custody. He has next submitted that when the informant came to know the real facts, she filed a compromise petition.
5. The petitioners are the mother-in-law and the unmarried nanand of the deceased, having no concern with dayto-day affairs of the couple. Nonetheless, it was the father-inlaw who informed the informant about the occurrence. The parties have compromised the case.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.42638 of 2025(4) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
