The petitioner seeks bail in Khajekalan P. S. Case No. 222 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 447/34 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one of the co accused with similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 59502 of 2018. In the written report, it is alleged that one Munna Sao made firing from his pistol which passed just near from head of the informant. Thereafter, this petitioner along with other accused persons started making firing which hit one of the person, namely, Santosh Kumar.

No.60073 of 2018(3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 The statement of injured Santosh Kumar is recorded in para 13 of case diary, wherein, he has stated that he could not identify who has caused fire arm injury to him. From the written report itself it is apparent that no injury has been caused to the informant.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Patna City, in connection with Khajekalan P. S. Case No. 222 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
