This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sahpur P.S. Case No.146 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured causing grievous injury, In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
