1. It is apparent from the order dated 15.12.2022, passed in CWJC No.3856 of 2022, by this Court that no positive direction has been given to the opposite parties, however, the petitioner had been granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities, hence it is for the petitioner to take up

Nonetheless, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna that the forged matriculation certificate of the private opposite party no.10, namely, Shri Anil Kumar has already been cancelled.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the opposite parties, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands dismissed.
