2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol with live cartridge have been recovered from the packets of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Makhdumpur Police Station, District- Jehanabad on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
