10-11-2016 Heard Sri Binod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Madan Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Surajdeo Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of complainant/opposite party no. 2.

After noticing the fact that the present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with an indication that
