The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injuries suffered by the informant is simple in nature. He further submits that there has been a delay of fifteen days in lodging the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39669 of 2020(2) dt.07-06-2021 2/2 has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that there is a dispute with respect to passage of land and, therefore, the present case has been filed.
The petitioner has clean antecedents.
Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Siwan, in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The application stands allowed.
