Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that because of a typographical error, in the cause title of CWJC No. 9534 of 2012, describing the names of petitioner no. 19 and his father, this Court's order, dated 23.07.2014, needs to be corrected to the extent that in stead of the title 'Rajjak' appearing in the names of petitioner no. 19 and his father, title 'Rajak' may be mentioned.

Let the tile 'Rajak' be treated as the titles of petitioner no. 19 and his father in the cause title of the writ application, in the order, dated 23.07.2014, passed in CWJC No. 9534 of 2012.

Patna High Court MJC No.3508 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 This application is allowed to the extent indicated above.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause tile of CWJC No. 9534 of 2012 in course of the day.
