This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Banjariya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 313, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that due to assault by the petitioner, the informant aborted and injuries have been found upon her body and stomach.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
