2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 336 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from three motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the seized motorcycles. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
