The petitioners and respondent no. 4 and 5 have entered into compromise and entire land of survey Khata No. 37 and 24 have already been partitioned in equal proportion, half-half between the petitioners and respondent no. 4 and 5 in terms of the compromise, fully described in paragraph 9 of the interlocutory application.
