====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are women and are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 30.01.2021 the measurement of the land was being done by Amin in presence of both the parties for partitioning of the land. It is next alleged that Pintu Yadav came at the door of the informant and abused and misbehaved with her. Thereafter, it is alleged that Pintu Yadav

It is next alleged that informant's daughter after seeing the occurrence was weeping when Sushant Kumar thrown her in Bari. It is next alleged that accused persons assaulted the child and dashed her on the ground and Prashant Kumar assaulted the husband of the informant on his chest by an iron rod causing injury. Thereafter, it is alleged that the petitioners also started brick batting and took away ornaments worth Rs.35,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case merely because they are related to Pintu and Prashant. It is next submitted that allegation of assaulting Dasrath Sah is specifically against Prashant Kumar leading to his death. It is next submitted that allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be
