ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, being the mother-in-law of the complainant, is apprehending her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1644 of 2011 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady and has been victimized by the complainant. He further submits that the entire family members have been made accused in the present case.

Considering the omnibus nature of allegations made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57525 of 2015 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No.1644 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
