====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that ransom call was made on Mobile of the informant from Mobile number 9973595094. During investigation from the CDR verification, it was found that aforesaid number from which the call was made belongs to this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner never made demand of any ransom over mobile phone of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He is in custody since 26.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68585 of 2018(3) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, in connection with Mehsi P.S.
