2. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite parties vide order dated 16.06.2025 passed in Trial No. 2959 of 2025 in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498(4), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2, 3 and 4 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44949 of 2026(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party nos.2, 3 and 4. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
5. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within six months from today. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
